Open it on your phone

There's nothing to download and no app store to visit. Archivia opens right inside your web browser — Safari on an iPhone, Chrome on an Android — just like opening any website.

What's the difference?Archivia is where you save memories. Keeplace is where you turn them into a book. Start with Archivia — you can explore Keeplace later.

Create your account

Tap Create account. Enter your email, make up a password (write it down somewhere), and type the access code Brianna sent you. Then you're in.

Why an account?Your account is what keeps your memories private and safe. It also means they follow you — if you start on your phone and later open Archivia on a computer, everything is already there.

Keep it one tap away

So you don't have to find the link each time, you can add Archivia to your phone's home screen, where it sits like any other app.

On an iPhone: tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom of Safari, scroll down, and tap Add to Home Screen.

On an Android: tap the three dots in the top corner of Chrome, then Add to Home screen.

Do this for bothAdd Archivia and Keeplace separately, and you'll have two tidy icons on your phone.

Save your first memory

Open Archivia and add something small — a photo from your camera roll, or a quick voice note of a story. You don't have to sort it or name it perfectly. Just get it in.

When you're ready, tap Organise with AI and Archivia will tidy it up for you — giving it a title, a date, and noting who's in it.

There's no wrong moveNothing you do here can break anything. Tap around, explore, undo. It's yours to play with.

Use it on more than one device

You can use Archivia on your phone and your computer — whatever's in front of you. The trick is simple: sign in with the same email and password on each one.

That's the whole secret to "working across devices." Same login, same memories, everywhere. Add something on your phone at the park, and it's waiting on your laptop when you get home.

Is my content private?
Yes. What you save is tied to your account and yours alone. Other testers can't see it, and neither can anyone browsing the web.
What if I make a mistake?
You can't do any harm by exploring. If something looks wrong, close it and open it again — your saved memories are safe.
It looks a little different each time I visit
That's expected — this is a beta, which means it's still being built. A button might move or a screen might change between visits. Your memories stay put through all of it.
It asked to use my camera or microphone
That's your phone checking it's okay — tap Allow so you can add photos and voice notes. It only asks once.
